We offer dried herbs to be made into teas, or use for creating
your own herbal remedies. Our teas are tried and true blends that
have been created here at Granny Janny Herbs for several years
now.

For new mothers we provide a blend of herbs for a the bath,
perineal bottle or compress. This blend consists of comfrey root
and leaf, calendula flowers, and plantain leaves.

Dried herbs are also available in one ounce quantities. These can
be used for creating your own tea blends or for preparing your
own tinctures, infused oils, bath teas, herbal steams, lozenges, etc.

This makes about a gallon of
strong infusion--enough for a bath,
peri bottle, and compresses.
I begin preparing these herbs when I first
arrive at a home birth. The smell of the
plants simmering is a wonderful,
complementary aroma during the birthing
process. The infusion is so soft and
healing--it feels like silk!
